"Stay here was great despite the reviews! I stayed here May 18-22 for a couple’s birthday trip! The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early, but please email a day before arrival because it is contingent upon availability. The food at the Buffett was actually good. We ate there majority of our stay because it was kinda hard to book reservations for the restaurant due to it being booked up so on your first day book all of your reservations for the reminder of your trip. We did get reservations at the Japanese spot hibachi was really good. They did have activities at the pool area. The swim up bar and sports bar has the best Long Island ice tea😜 and other drinks. The beach was full of seaweed so I didn’t really enjoy the beach but sitting out on the beach relaxing was nice and they have a food truck plus a bar set up next to it! The resort really wasn’t that packed so we had chairs to relax on each time we went out to the beach. You will have ppl approach you about timeshares ect. Just say u already did it so they can leave you alone. The housekeepers didn’t speaks English, but did come daily to clean room. I did bring a locked bag and lock for my suitcase to lock up our personal info and cash up so please do that instead of placing items in their safe. I did that because a few reviews mentioned items being stolen from their rooms and I can believe it! It’s a gentle that came around daily to give out bottles of water and soda☺️"

"El hotel esta bueno primera vez que me quedo en el adultos pero si e estado en el de al lado el palace 3 veces asi que es mi cuarta vez en esta cadena de hotel la comida muy buena y variada el entretenimiento muy variado y divertido lo unico que no me gustó es que llego un grupo de como 50 personas afroamericanos y de verdad que se lucieron haciendo mucho ruido por todos lados , no tenian control con sus fiestas y musica alta y fumando mariguana por todo el hotel hasta por la madrugada sin importar que los demás huéspedes estaban durmiendo,la verdad que creo que el hotel debería de tener mas control sobre estas personas que van a los lugares a destruir el turismo porque al final las personas vamos a estos lugares a pasarla bien pero también a descansar y por lo menos yo no pienso volver a este hotel por esa razón "

"The property is beautiful and everything seems very new. Of all the on site dining options my family enjoyed the italian restaurant the most. We stayed on the adult side, but it was nice having the option to check out the family side. The only thing i would point out (and its probably not just unique to this resort) is the lack of non-alcoholic beer availability. "
