This fully equipped 2 bedroom sleeps 4 with and includes kitchenware & linens, a water cooler dispenser, safe, and 3 air conditioners.

The community offers a lobby reception area with on-site 24/7 security & 24 surveillance cameras. Other features include' a large & attractive pool surrounded by Gorgeous & lush tropical grounds, 2 shaded community gazebo / grilling areas.

Great location- safe friendly expat tourist town : Location is perfect with 4 nearby beach-bar-restaurant accesses all within a 7-15 minute walk from the main street AND just a 9 minute walk t the El Dorado Shopping Plaza where you’ll find a grocery store, 4 restaurants, a sports bar w/ billiard table, & a bakery. Other plazas nearby collectively offer even more dining options, spas, cash exchange, ATM, & car/ scooter/ cell phone rentals & more.

Winter vacation

Stay here was wonderful. Me and my girlfriend loved it. We spent a lot of time at the pool swimming and talking with other people. Felt safe with security at front desk. Was close to stores and beach. Suite was very nice small kitchen to cook some meals also an outdoor bbq if you like. Would go back again and have already told others about the place. Thx Todd and Gregory.

Peaceful Stay

This is a great location especially for beach goers and those without a car. Walk to everything! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the poolside screened porch. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The pool is clean and quiet. Only suggestion is- walk out the small gate not the parking lot gate. The road on that side isn’t paved and it’s muddy and slippery when it rains. Gregory the host was fantastic!

Tout était bien ranger il ne manquait rien à l’appartement tout les accessoires était fonctionnelle et c’est prêt de la plage , c’est ma deuxième fois dans ce complexe

it was ok

This property was fair, I dont think it was completely ready to be rented out my sister and I spent the first day cleaning, especially hair in the bathrooms and toilets, and just in general frig leaked water the whole time inside.. etc..I am used to the basics being included like at least hand soap, But overall it served its purpose. Gregory the property manager was great though he even drove me to get a laptop when mine broke. Its about a 15 min walk to the beach, depending how fast you walked. Neighborhood was pretty safe. Pool was nice to lounge in.
