"A delightful stay in Vittoria wine country. Relaxing, great food, friendly staff. The room was wonderful. They provided fresh drinking water every day and some fresh fruit in the room. I thought that was a nice touch. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with one of their fabulous aperitivo cocktails and watching the cats play. The dinner was a fixed menu. "We had a lovely stay at Intervallo Boutique Hotel! The staff was friendly and the breakfast with local food was excellent. The rooms are small, but enough to open a suitcase, and the hotel had great common areas. Parking options are within easy walking distance, and you’re basically already in the historical centre. The highlight is the location and the fantastic roof terrace with a great view of Ragusa Ibla. "
