" Cielo y Selva, simply speaking , is marvelous. It is peaceful and clean, the sea is beautiful. Staff are exceptional. The chef works magic with The menu. And, they work with local tour operators in a very sustainable way. The only drawback is that access on foot to the Reserve is virtually non-existent. But, if you want to get away from it all, this is a perfect choice. And, I've seen about 40 species of birds here."

"Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged. The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not. Additionally, the hotel charges disproportionate prices on everything: transfer from Cancun airport is 3x more than what we paid, a meal is 2x more than any restaurant in the village, a tour to...
