The workers are very nice. Sometimes the front dest forgets small requests. Very frugal on toilet paper. The internet is unstable and need to have a new inquiry of a new password every few minutes or so. The window in the bath is always dirty and there is noise usually coming from there maybe because it’s next to the air conditioner. The crew overall is kind and always tries to help.

The property has good potential, but the overall experience was below the standard I expected, especially for a 4–5 star property. The TV was not working, and the cleanliness was not up to the expected standard—there was visible dust on several items and surfaces, and the mirrors were not properly cleaned. The door lock also did not work properly, which is a significant concern from a safety and convenience perspective. Overall, I expected much better maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to detail for a property of this category.
