"Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. "You're in the middle of paradise here! Totally beautiful and serene. This is tea country with tea plantations surrounding the area My only complaint was at the restaurant which charged me almost USD 3 for green tea! Apparently, the only free tea is one local brand but since they are in tea country, I believe they could do better by offering what is local."

"Stayed in the Suite, it was very spacious with 2 balconies and comfortable. Hotel is nicely designed with beautiful Koi pond. Breakfast is superb and endless.
