Villa Moderna is a beautiful 3-bedroom vacation home that offers everything for a great and relaxing vacation. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood in Pula and is only a few kilometers away from the beaches of Pula or the nearby town of Medulin. The villa consists of two floors. The living room and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area are located on the first floor. This area is flooded with light thanks to large glass surfaces and has direct access to the outdoor area with the covered dining area where you can sit together and enjoy al fresco dining. A laundry room and a separate toilet are also located on the first floor. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms. All have a double bed, air conditioning, TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The interior of the villa is modern yet simple and cozy, while the outdoor area with private pool provides relaxing moments. In addition, the location offers many opportunities for an active vacation.Villa Moderna is located in the southern part of vIstria, just a few kilometers from Pula. Pula is one of the most important tourist cities in Istria and offers a variety of attractions for culture lovers. The location of the villa is quite convenient - beaches in Medulin are only about 8 km away, while all parts of the city of Pula and all amenities that Pula offers are nearby.
