The villa extends over three floors and offers ample space for a perfect holiday. It is filled with light, quietly situated, and stylishly furnished with wood and rattan furniture – creating a relaxed, maritime atmosphere. Upstairs, large windows in the living area offer a wonderful view of the nearby sea. The outdoor area behind the house is also an oasis of relaxation: a spacious terrace in front of the blooming garden and the shady pine grove invites you to linger. On comfortable rattan furniture or in the stylish pavilion, you can simply unwind. From the front garden, a few steps across the well-kept lawn take you to the bright sandy beach and the turquoise sea. A decorative bamboo fence separates the property from the beach.
