Brand new luxury Villa Barmel with 4 private apartments was built in 2019. It is located near the shopping mall "Pula City Mall".

This 2nd-floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. 1 bedroom has a private bathroom. There is a large 30 m2 private balcony.

The city center is on a walking distance (10 - 15 minutes of normal walk). Popular beaches Pjescana Uvala and Verudela are 5 and 6 km away.

This 3-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Barmel.
