Štinjan has a new beach - HIDROBAZA, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Istria. Center of Pula is 5 min away by car and 5 min walking distance to the nearest restaurant, bakery shop, tennis courts, ect. Villa is suitable max for 6 (adults) + 2 (children) guests.
