The interiors consist of: living room with fully equipped kitchenette, living area with table, chairs, armchairs and sofa. Sleeping area: double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, another double bedroom in an intimate attic with adjoining bathroom.
Outside, veranda with wooden pergola and large fully fenced garden in the shade of pine trees. The outdoor spaces are furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs, single outdoor shower. Ample parking inside the property. The avenue that leads to the sea can be traveled on foot or by car as there is ample free parking near the beach, however we recommend the car if there are very young or elderly children among the guests because of a steep path, an accentuated climb.
The house is terraced head close to the state, please check the map because they may hear noises.
At about 600 meters from the house there is a shopping center with supermarket, butchers, fishmonger, newspaper-tobacconist, pizzeria restaurant and ice cream shop, parking. The inhabited center of Pula is about 12 minutes away, the Bay of Chia with its equally beautiful beaches is about 8 minutes away.
