Santa Margherita Di Pula: houses / villas - 11 rooms - 4/11 persons

  • The house, arranged on two levels and provided of wide and shaded verandas, is encircled by pines and has been recently renewed and fully equipped. The village has a private beach, a playground for young children and sports equipments (tennis courts, football field, volley and basket ground). It’s nice to jog, to ride a bike or simply stroll along his quiet paths.
    The place is perfect for a peaceful stay of one or more families or a group of friends. Two little kiosk are available, during the peak season, for drinks, ice creams and sandwiches near the playground and the beach. Attached to the village a supermarket is open all year round and, in a little marina, it’s possible to rent a raft or arrange a dive. A few kilometres away the village of Pula, full of restaurants, amusements, disco and water park, the open-air museum of the ancient town of Nora, the golf-course of Is-Molas, the beaches of Chia, the Is-Zuddas caves, the Is-Cannoneris forestas. Reductions are offered for a long stay.

Bellissima struttura

Siamo stati nella casa del sig. Razzini a settembre 2020. La casa è molto grande e super accessoriata (magari aggiungerei un aspirapolvere, ma questa è una mia fissa!!), noi eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini e ragazzi ed ognuno ha potuto godere sia di privacy che di spazi dove stare in compagnia. La posizione è piuttosto baricentrica tra Cagliari e le più belle spiagge del sud ovest della Sardegna e a 15 min dagli scavi di Nora. La grande disponibilità nei check in e out ci ha permesso di sfruttare appieno sia la giornata di arrivo che di partenza. La spiaggia antistante è piuttosto erosa, ma a noi piace cmque girare e a pochi minuti di auto sei già su spiagge favolose! Grazie alla proprietà e alla sig.ra Nicoletta per essere stati sempre disponibili.

"Het is een zeer modern h...

"Het is een zeer modern huis met een grote tuin en een ideale ligging, dicht bij het strand (ca. 200 mtr.) en in de buurt van een supermarkt (in mei geopend). Verder is er op het park (ca. 100 mtr.) een prachtige sportaccomodatie met zeer veel sportmogelijkheden, zoals tennis, voetbal (kunstgras), volleybal, basketbal. Pula de toeritische plaats in de omgeving met een gezellig centrum en veel restaurants op ca. 8 km. afstand. In de directe omgeving zijn ook verschillende restaurants (met name pizeria''s) echer begin mei nog niet geopend. "
