An absolutely incredible, serene property for relaxation on the island. Christina (the manager) has a wonderful crew working at the hotel. The staff was top notch, very professional, helpful and eager to make our stay the best ever. The grounds are lush with flowers and plants everywhere that provide an oasis feel. The pools and beach provide space and enough lounge chairs for everyone, so there is no cramped feeling. The morning breakfast buffet is top notch along with the coffee service. The rooms are very clean and we had a balcony to enjoy early morning sunrises. The town of Pula is a 5 minute drive with many options in the city center for dining. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Sardinia. This hotel is the best.

Check in was great as done by Victoria who was only covering the desk as colleague was on lunch. She was informative, helpful and knowledgeable, sadly that's not to say for any of the 'normal' reception staff. Room was clean and comfortable if on the small side. Hotel garden with pools and access to beach is lovely and very relaxing. However, overall service leaves a lot to be desired; staff were inattentive at the bar around the pool and during breakfast time. The "hot" breakfast items were cold, the cold items took a while to get replenished and overall the choice wasn't great.

A Slice of Paradise

Sant'Efis is truly a slice of paradise. I think it may be the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff all did everything they could to make our stay fantastic.

Amazing

Amazing. What a beautiful boutique hotel. Beautiful room, very confortable bed. The grounds are superb. There are 2 pools and a private section of the beach. The breakfast was delicious. There was a lot of choice. The fruits were out of this world. Lunch and dinner is at the beach restaurant. We will definitely go back. All the staff were very friendly.

Really good Pula hotel

We were looking for a hotel on our way back to Cagliari to catch a flight after a tour of the Tuerreddia and Chia regions so we only stayed one night. We wished we had stayed longer, as it was a real oasis. Two beautiful pools, well landscaped with lovely plants and trees, a really tranquil change. The rooms are really nicely decorated and comfortable. The lobby bar and the restaurant are excellent. Admittedly we booked last minute so the choice was limited but the superior balcony was a small space with a very small balcony over the car park and the room was a bit small. the only other comment is that there the beach is quite narrow by local standards but super convenient. For one night, not a problem but as, given what we thought the hotel so nice, so much more relaxing than the hotels future south we wished we could have started longer. The staff are fabulous……… The small town of Paul is on the doorstep with restaurants and bars. After all my stays on the coat on this region, from a hotel point of view. Very good indeed!

With the hotel being a 30 minute walk from the nearest amenities, it needs to have a fantastic beach. Unfortunately the beach very much lets this hotel down, being narrow, covered in seaweed and lined with fences/walls of adjacent houses. There is a nicer beach a short walk away but it feels wasteful to spend €35 on sunbeds that your hotel is providing for free around the corner. On the sunbeds, the hotel really needs to improve the beach beds as they are old and uncushioned. With regards to amenities, the town of Pula has a few decent restaurants. However by far the highlight of our holiday was a meal at Fradis Minoris, a fine dining fish restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. We didn't properly try the hotel restaurant - one night we stopped by for dessert which was disspointing. Now on to the positives. The hotel always feels very quiet despite being fully booked or close to it. Whether you want to spend time at the beach or one of the pools, the sunbeds are always less than 50% occupied. The main pool is the centrepiece of the hotel and is very well kept with beautiful gardens surrounding it. The staff here are always very friendly and made some awesome cocktails with freshly blended fruit. Overall, I didn't think this hotel was great value for money and if i was booking in this area of Sardinia again, I would look 30 mins further south where there is a cluster of world class beaches.

Utterly beautiful property with two swimming pools and a lovely beach. The lush grounds are mesmerizing, the ambiance wonderful and the rooms are very clean and well designed. The overall vibe is one of relaxation. The breakfast was very nice and overall, the staff is welcoming. Would highly recommend!

The property was a luxurious haven in a most unexpected place. The grounds were a dream with two pools and water front seating. Our room was small but comfortable with a lovely bathroom that included a walk in shower. Breakfast was included in our room rate. It was good, however there weren’t many non meat or dairy options. We had an afternoon snack at the bar. Don’t order the pizza it’s dreadful.

We stayed at the hotel last week and found the staff helpful and the room was as small but clean. However, only one restaurant in the hotel and choice of vegetarian options was very limited. We found breakfast very basic but the service was as very good. The hotel beech was not clean.

This property needs a renovation. Wear and tear is everywhere. The staff was friendly and housekeeping was excellent. They really don’t provide the amenities of a four star hotel. Room service had limited hours. We had to drag our luggage to the car after checkout. No one was a available to assist. We asked for ice in the room and they wanted to charge $15 euros to do so. We were getting nicked and dimed left and right. That’s unpleasant.

What a gem or a hotel on the beachfront

This hotel was absolutely amazing! We stayed here in May 2022, originally a bit cautious due to the lack of reviews, but decided to go with it anyway and we were so glad we did. Talking to the hotel manager, this place only opened last summer hence the lack of reviews. But the renovation work performed on the hotel is a magnificent piece of work! Room size is standard (not as big as in the pics), but clean, comfy and well decorated with a spacious bathroom. It is a 35min taxi from Cag airport, taxi charges 80E from airport but the hotel can arrange transfer for 75E. Pula is a 25min walk away (or 10min cycle, rented from hotel) and is a beautiful little town with great restaurants and couple of bars. Breakfast was inc and was a great continental spread. The hotel has 1 restaurant with beautiful views overlooking the beach. The food is great quality and the service is excellent, there is a limited menu which is the same for both lunch + dinner. Theres 2 pools, well maintained and look absolutely beautiful with plenty of seating. There’s a beautiful path through a garden between the two pools which is pretty and well maintained with seating. The beach has its own private section and free to use loungers for all guests. The sand is silky smooth with beautiful green waters. Honestly best service ever experienced, from restaurant to bar staff, the reception and housekeeping, all very friendly and accommodating to any needs we had and always with a smile.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit kleinem Malus

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage, gemütlicher Garten, sensationelle Pools, top Privatstrand, sehr gutes Essen. Leider übertriebene teure Getränke-Preise, Personal das nicht grüsst oder lächelt (mit Ausnahmen: Zimmerdamen und Frau Hadir bei der Reception), störende Personen aus Cagliari die wohl zum Hotel gehören, welche lauthals sprechen, überall laut telefonieren und im Schwimmbad Zigaretten rauchen... Alles tiptop sauber! Der Sandstrand ist wunderbar – feinkörnig mit glasklarem Wasser. Das Essen war durchwegs ausgezeichnet: frisch, abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich top. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal – sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut.
