Edgewater Palms Apartments

10/10 Excellent

"We had a 2 bedroom / 2 ensuite apartment with 180 degree waterfront and beach views. Loved the sound of the rolling waves on the shore, but sadly a few hoons used the road in front as a drag strip. The apartment furniture was a little dated, but bathrooms and bed were top notch. It was also immaculately clean. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Russell ferry and shops. Superb friendly welcome with advice what to do in the surrounding area and was so accommodating. Quiet season (winter) but still a great experience. I would highly recommend the Edgewater Palm Apartments"

"Was made to feel welcomed and appreciated by all staff. Beautiful place to unwind and relax, enjoy the ocean view, excellent treatment services in day spa, cosy restaurant with great food. Close to amenities with so many activities to choose from during stay. Quiet, peaceful and large balcony to enjoy the sea views. Provided a metal not plastic kettle in kitchenette. Filters kept clean in large spa bath. And amazing to find a Holy Bible in room. Blessed. Everything you need especially if you want to stay in."

"Firstly we were upgraded which was appreciated , but unfortunately the heat pump didn’t work and it was freezing , eventually a heater was found ,but then the shower drain was blocked and the bathroom flooded into the bedroom , however staff were super quick to come and unblock the drain and mop up the mess."

"Really loved our two day, centrally located, stay in KeriKeri but our Unit backed onto the 24hr McDonalds 'Drive Thru' so often heard when orders are being made & taken, especially in the quiet wee hours of the morning - invest in some good ear plugs... Apart from that, the Unit was nice & spacious, clean & comfortable with really lovely, helpful Staff..."

"This hotel was great, exactly what we needed. The reception staff when checking in and checking out were very helpful and lovely. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good size portions. The pool looked really nice even in the middle of winter. Would happily stay here again."

"Very comfortable stay for a family winter escape. The full kitchen meant we could have a quiet dinner at home when the kids were tired after exploring, and we all loved the spa! Great location right across from the beach, and easy driving access to heaps of interesting and fun places. Lovely and helpful staff, plenty of room for us all to spread out. Highly recommend."
