Urban Gite: "Next to La Rochelle"

Located in an urban area, this 34 m² one-bedroom gite is perfect for two people and a baby, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Enjoy a convenient location near a cycle path and bus line, on the first floor of a detached house. The apartment features a private entrance, living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with WC, and a spacious closet.



Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are provided. Guests are asked to clean before departure; a final check is done by the owner. Pets are not allowed.



The gite is furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. The lounge area offers a BZ sofa, three nesting cubes, flat-screen TV, wardrobe with hanging space and storage, as well as cleaning equipment like a vacuum cleaner and broom. A safety barrier is also available.



The kitchen area includes a large worktop, dining area with two stools, fridge, washing machine, small ironing board with iron, two induction hobs, sink, microwave, mini oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, kettle, plus dishes, cookware, pots, cutlery, and glasses.



The bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a baby bed, two bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe.



The bathroom features a 90 x 140 cm shower, sink with mirrored cabinet, hairdryer, and WC.



Outside, enjoy a small flowered front garden with bistro table, three chairs, and a parasol—ideal for relaxing outdoors. Parking is easy nearby. Free Wi-Fi is available.
