"Das war unser erster Urlaub in Frankreich und die Wohnung von Estelle und Jean Luc ist ausgezeichnet und eine lohnende Reise. Estelle hat die Wohnung wundervoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Balkon und eine großzügige Terasse bieten ausreichend Platz für jede Gelegenheit. Das ganze Objekt ist sehr gepflegt. Von hier hat man einen tollen Blick über die Bucht Mehrere Strände sind mit dem Auto in 5 -10 Minuten zu erreichen."

"Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Pool is clean but quite a few sun loungers were broken. Accommodation was clean and all the basics were there and air con was great! The grounds look tired and need some attention. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant near the beach and there is a small supermarket nearby the beach. "

"Un séjour qui s’est déroulé dans d’excellentes conditions, un appartement spacieux, propre, fonctionnel avec une terrasse comprenant de quoi profiter du soleil toulonnais. La formule express de petit déjeuner à 5€ est parfaite, que ce soit la qualité ou la plage horaire prévue. Tout cela pour un tarif très raisonnable. Je recommande"

"The accommodation and location was fantastic for if you're driving/renting a car. The pool was nice and available. You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez. The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink. Everything was clean but for our stay of 1 week it would have been nice to have extra sheets and pillows. The beds are not so comfortable but...

"Ce sont des chambres d etudiants. Le rapport qualite prix est bon. C est pres du centre et on peut tout faire à pieds. L accueil etait tres sympa."

"Wohnungen selbst sind für ein Vier-Sterne-Ferienresort annehmbar. Allerdings ist das komplette Gelände mit Autos zugeparkt. Bis auf die wenigen Appartments direkt zum Strand hin schaut man von seiner Terrasse grundsätzlich auf Autos. Uns wurde ein Familienappartment im EG zugewiesen. Ging gar nicht. Haben dann in Ermangelung von Alternativen für die nächste Kategorie nachgezahlt. Insgesamt für das was geboten wird zu teuer. Alles schon sehr darauf aus möglichst viel Geld aus der Anlage zu holen....

"No dining whatsoever. No towels for pool or change of towels. 1 roll of toilette paper provided for the entire week. Terrace had wasps : the technician said it was just « nice bees » and did not treat it. The spa is not accessible to guests and charges for use of sauna and indoor pool. This is not a 4 star facility . Daily breakfast was dismounting : no scrambled eggs or bacon. 1 croissant or chocolate croissant . Only ham . Not worth it. We were disappointed and will not return or recommend...

"Wir waren schon mehrfach dort. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Neben einem schönen Pool mit ausreichend Schirmen und Liegen kann man aus der Anlage direkt auf den Sandstrand, der ewig flach ist. Ideal für Familien. Hunde sind erlaubt, was leider auch nachts zu Gebelle führt. Es ist eine Apartmentanlage, also muss man seine Betten selbst machen und es gibt nur einmal Handtücher. "Cool hotel in a place with canals, driver can drop you off and pick you up with luggage. This port city is nice, 25 min cab to st tropez center or beach clubs, expect 30 euro for each uber. Hotel overall was nice, although the doors above and in the halls slam and wake you up, they mention to close the door queitly, but no one does, that was the only negative"

"Stay somewhere else! Communication and ownership is nonexistent at this property. Nor is respect. We were arriving on a Sunday afternoon. NO ONE at the property. Received an email with gate and lock box codes. NO envelope or keys inside. Emailed property and called no response. Waited hours with no response. The Emergency phone number, which we were told about when we left, was written ALL in French. (So if you don't read french or don't have a phone they don't care) The room we got was not fully clean. Squished bug on the wall, streaks on the walls and glass divider in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting, i doubt it has Ever been cleaned. Half a roll of toilet paper. Dishes left in the dishwasher and a pot was dirty in the drawer under the tv. Spider webs above the patio doors. Shower head/wand was mounted on the wall just above the tap. You have to hold it in your one hand while showering as its aimed at your shins otherwise. Only positive was that there was adequate parking. When checking out we brought our concerns to the front desk lady (after spending 25mins on Expedia chat) to which all she did was make excuses and try to blame others and us (because we don't speak/read French)! Then she had the nerve to say she wouldn't charge us for a late check out! It was 10:50am. Are you kidding me. I usually take most little things with a grain of salt when traveling to other countries but after everything, not a chance. Should be rated at a 5/10 max."
