From the minute, we arrived everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nestor checked us in and guided us through our entire stay. He is incredibly knowledgeable and more than willing to Help make our trip the best it could be. The food and the drinks were great. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the ocean view is perfect. Beautiful, my room was ocean view. Big room friendly staff. Hotel is less than 10 minutes from hotel. Valet pricey I wouldn’t rent a car. Uber is a great option. Also lots of restaurants in the area within walking distance . Would definitely return.

We had a double queen, ocean view room. The view was amazing and the room beautifully appointed. However, it had a damp smell and was cold at night. There were three of us in our room but we kept getting just two washcloths. We longed for a microwave and a laundry room to wash and dry our clothes---especially our swimsuits. The hotel should implement a guest portal to track incidentals instead of placing additional funds on hold once the required deposit amount is exceeded. Finally, more food options, please! Maybe blaze a trail and become PR's first true all-inclusive resort.
