"The waitresses in the cafetalera were rude. EHile the service was prompt I was very dissatisfied with the service. I had to tell them multiple times to allow my husband and I to eat. If they wanted to come get the plates they should jus take them if on side instead of assuming we were done we had to go back several times and it was bothersome because I shouldn’t have to spend my time getting up getting new food and drinks when I’m trying to enjoy myself and relax and feel better when I traveled and paid $500 to stay somewhere the room we arrived was dirty the receptionist rude. We were taken to the wrong location when I let the woman know she rolled her eyes at me and muttered gringa under. Breath which is very offensive to me and my husband for a myriad of reasons when I corrected her in Spanish she reacted rude . Many of the waitresses rolled their eyes at the women I would not come back. The beds are really comfortable. The pools were pretty clean. Food was EXCellent !!!!!!!! "

"Lovely property and infinity pool but….. noisy guests playing loud music in the property kept me up until 1 am some nights, and someone helped themselves to (or in other words, stole) my 6 pack of beer that I put in the community fridge. The concierge replaced the beer, but my experience was not as great as before because of the noisy and disrespectful guests staying at the property. "

"Beautiful location and fun resort. There was a lot of pressure to listen to a sales pitch on becoming a member. This made me decide not to go back. The only way to book reservations was to talk to the concierge, so the app didn’t do much. The off resort country was beautiful. The DR has beautiful culture and people "

"The condition of rooms was not perfect. We had a room with an extremely loud air conditioner, the sliding patio doors were hard to operate. The rooms were spacious, lucking an extra dresser "
