"There is NO hot water in shower only cold water. The staff said the whole place do NOT have hot water in every room. We had no Wifi, no TV. Connection was horrible and hotel staff can't fix the problem. Location is away from the town center very inconvenient. Since there is no Uber but roach moto, You can only get them through hotel personnel. It is not safe to walk on street. I would not recommend this place. "

Although we initially informed the staff, we unfortunately had to ask a couple of times before the issue was properly addressed. ​Once we pushed for a solution, the staff member who finally handled it was extremely helpful. They quickly ensured the maintenance team fixed the problem completely.
