The building was very rustic that we loved. However the towels were very thin, the mattresses one sided on the single beds. The cleaning staff were very good and kind. The A/C was dripping water but was fixed the following day.

Un señor mayor nos recibió cuando llegamos. Nos dijo que todo estaba cerrado y nos dio el nombre del restaurante del hospedaje a 5 cuadras del alojamiento alegando que no había otra cosa y que todo estaba cerrado. Como ni agua ofrece el lugar nos estresamos a ir al único lugar abierto para comprar agua y algunos snacks para los niños para encontrar que TODO el centro estaba abierto y había un montón de negocios abiertos 24 horas! Nos había dicho además que para pagar era mejor pagar con nuestra tarjeta y nos cobraría 15%mas ya que el banco nos cobraría el doble por sacar dinero. Falso nuevamente. Al preguntar si podíamos cambiar de habitación ya que era la última habitación sin panorama nos dijo que todo el hotel estba lleno cuando la realidad era que sólo 4 habitaciones estaban ocupadas. No nos trató bien, sentado mirando su teléfono sin ganas de trabajar. Después al día siguiente pedí un rollo de papel higiénico y una toalla ya que habían olvidado una y nos dijo que las toallas habían acabado! Yo cuestione diciendo que me parecia muy extraño que un hotel no tuviera toallas y ahí se levantó dos metros y sacó una toalla y un papel y me entregó de malas ganas. Luego le pillamos mandando un mensaje quejándose a alguien por huéspedes que le trataron como sirvientes al pedir un papel y toallas, cosa que no es raro para un hotel y además lo tratamos con mucho respeto. Todo el lugar tiene potencial pero cero cuidado de higiene ni servicio, les importa un huevo los turistas ya que

Nous avons eu une grande chambre avec 3 lits au rez de chaussée et un double lit à l'étage ainsi qu'une terrasse.Le personnel est sympathique surtout celui qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner. Ce dernier est correct. Mais malheureusement l'établissement qui devait sans doute être charmant à l'origine(bois exotique,plantes luxuriantes)est dégradé,le matelas n'est pas confortable,la lampe de chevet fonctionnait à peine,la douche est très sommaire. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre si on est à pied. Le prix de la chambre est donc peu élevé. Nous ne sommes pas restés longtemps. L'expérience est moyenne.
