We did a boat tour and he was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic to ensure all the birds on my list were at-least attempted to be found, which he successfully located 100% of them! "Although very conveniently located if you need something in Santa Cruz; the hotel is very basic; beds are just OK (not very comfortable, pillows so high that are not possible to use); restroom very hot and you get the noise from the street. I don’t think is worth the money."

"Great, family-friendly gated property! The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking meals and storing leftovers. The washer and dryer were ideal for us, as we are traveling through CR for 10 days. The pool and backyard made for a fun time!"
