The terraced house has 100 square meters fantastic sea view and is distributed over 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, in addition to 2 private terraces, one with an ocean view, equipped with barbecue, table and chairs and the other rear terrace with solarium.
The upper floor has a bathroom and 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with two single beds).

Casa Marcelo

Das Haus ist sehr schön und großzügig. Bis auf eine Spülmaschine hat es alles, was man braucht. Es war alles blitzplank sauber...die Schlüsselübergabe war perfekt und Marcelo ist ein super Gastgeber. Allerdings ist die Lage des Hauses nicht so toll, da es sehr nah an der Autobahn liegt und man immer die Geräusche der Straße hört. Das Haus liegt im Schatten, im Sommer sehr gut, im Winter wäre bissle Sonne angebracht. Allerdings gibt es eine große, sonnige Dachterrassse mit Superblick auf das Meer. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder 1 Minute mit dem Auto...ein wunderschöner Strand mit einer Bar, wo man eine Kleinigkeit essen kann und die total leckere Cocktails haben:-) Der Strand ist für Surfer/Wellenreiter sehr gut geeignet.
