"APARTMENT FACING THE OCEAN" is in Tenerife, right on beautiful Playa Martianez in Puerto de la Cruz, just 30 meters from the ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves—a privilege you’ll miss when you leave.



This fully renovated studio offers privacy for up to four guests: sleeping and living areas in one space (no separate bedroom), a private kitchen, and a stylish bathroom. It’s not a hotel room, but a carefully maintained home.



The kitchen features an induction cooktop, microwave with grill, toaster, capsule coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, dishwasher, and a welcome kit with oil, salt, pepper, toothpicks, and kitchen paper.



On arrival, you’ll find water and some breakfast items. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, a hairdryer, a first aid kit, a sewing kit, and laundry capsules. Each guest receives face, shower, and pool towels. Bath mats are also provided.



Fast Wi-Fi, TV, a modern washing machine, and step-free access with elevators complete the amenities. Unreserved indoor parking is shared with residents and other guests. A small extra fee per additional guest covers linens, towels, and utilities, ensuring the same quality welcome for everyone.



The apartment has no private balcony, but you can enjoy the large shared panoramic terrace on the 7th floor, with sun loungers, showers, and spectacular views of the ocean, Teide, and Puerto de la Cruz. Linen change and cleaning during your stay are available for an extra fee.



Located at the start of the Sant’Elmo promenade, just steps from bars, restaurants, shops, and the Lago Martinez pools. Airport shuttle available on request.
