- Villa with Private Pool with views to sea beyond Puerto de la Cruz. You will wish to stay your entire holiday here, enjoying the peace and quiet and comfort. The house is situated on one of the most exclusive residential areas of Puerto, near Taoro Park. The owner of this ample and comfortable villa is a well known architect who doubtless has done a good job. LED lighting, ecological water utilization. The chalet offers 130 m2 on one level, a 60 m2 garden with views and a 270 m2 terrace where you can use the barbecue. The 19 m2 White pool is one of the attractive of this house, with an iregular size of 6m x 3m. The best of the house are the sunsets and the quality details everywhere: totally modern and fully equipped kitchen and big spaces. Note: Pool towels are provided. Free wi-fi. The barbacue works with coal. Smart TV 55"
