This is a lovely attic, on the second floor of a small building of three flats. All of the flats belong to the same owner and are placed for holiday rental. It's a modern house, with two separate bedrooms. Perfect for a family of four or two couples. It has two nice private terraces and is very well decorated and kept.

The place is also perfect for distance working. A good discount is applied as soon as the booking is for 28 nights or over.

The San Telmo beach is at a very short walk of about 50m from the property and the Lago Martianez Pools . You can also enjoy the Martianez beach with its Surf school. All of these are nearby, at a short walking distance, as also the supermarkets, nice restaurants, pharmacies, etc.

The house is very centric in a quiet part of town. The good construction, with double glazed windows help to keep possible noise out. The floor is wood boarding and everything works on electricity.

It's in a flat part of town on a pedestrian street, so no traffic noise. No pubs or discotecs too close. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the island.

This flat is perfectly positioned for enjoying Puerto de la Cruz and the surrounding area. It is a well equipped, quiet and relaxing base for a stay. The communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful with many suggestions for places to eat and visit provided to which we would add the Gramophone bar for friendly and helpful staff with a fantastic beer and cider selection and the Ibrricos Gastro restaurant, both within 5 mins walk of the apartment, although in different directions. There is also a really useful supermarket within a few minutes walk.There is free parking near the seafront South of the apartment but be prepared for a 10 minute walk through Puerto to get there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend it

We have already booked our next stay! Some tiny issues: Mosquito protection on some windows would be appreciated. Also the toilet is placed very close to the sink (for long legged northerners). And the shower is spurting water in all directions when using the overhead shower. But all in all: Ideally placed, nice furniture and bedding, all one needs for a nice stay in Puerto!

Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt und wir fanden sie toll. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer und ist auch sonst mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Highlight für uns war aber die Lage! Sie liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße mitten in Puerto de la Cruz( zum Ein-, und Ausladen kann man direkt vor das Haus fahren) Man kann zu Fuß zu den Restaurants gehen und die Abende mit einem Cocktail ausklingen lassen ohne mit dem Auto fahren zu müssen. Das Auto kann man ganz günstig im benachbarten Martianez Einkaufszentrum parken ( ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß). Wir haben unsere Wohnung in Puerto de la Cruz nun gefunden und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Secondo le aspettative: l'alloggio è ben tenuto, in una posizione centrale e comoda al Lago Martianez e alla parte più bella di Puerto de La Cruz, vicino anche a supermercati, parcheggio (a pagamento ma economico) ma assolutamente silenzioso nelle ore serali. Unico piccolo neo, per noi abituati ad usarlo, la mancanza del bidè

Die Lage der Wohnung in der ruhigen Geschäftsstrasse ist perfekt. Von der Oberen Terrasse hat man freien Blick auf den Atlatik. Schade, dass die 2 tollen Terassen lediglich mit 4 Korbstühlen und Tisch möbliert sind Liegen auf der obern Terrasse würden die Wohnung erheblich aufwerten. Die kleinen Sofas in der Stube laden auch nicht zum Verweilen ein. Lob verdient die schnelle Behebung der anfänglichen Technischen Störung beim Fernsehempfang

Bien en cuanto a la situación del apartamento, en cuanto al mobiliario colchones y almohadas demasiado blandas y te clavabas los muelles del colchón, por lo demás bien aunque echamos de menos aparatos de aire acondicionado o bien ventiladores, hemos pasado mucho calor

The apartment is located in the second (top) floor in a small house next to the promenade. Great balcony and good view to the promenade below and partial view to the sea. The floor plan is good with separate bedrooms and living room and kitchen in between. The apartment is in good condition and very well cleaned. Good household appliances and tv. We were very pleased with the apartment and facilities. Great holidays, only the Covid-19 epidemic forced us to leave the beautiful Puerto de la Cruz, but we will definetely come back as soon as possible.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Ausstattung der Küche enthielt ebenfalls alles, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Auch der Check-In und Check-Out Vorgang verlief reibungslos. Wir können die Unterkunft daher nur weiterempfehlen! Die Parkplätze vor Ort waren sehr begrenzt, man könnte jedoch ohne Probleme ein- und ausladen. Wir haben dann immer südlich der Unterkunft, etwas oberhalb geparkt, da gab es genügend freie Stellflächen.

Siamo stati a Tenerife per la prima volta e abbiamo scelto Puerto de la Cruz, un’ottima base per visitare tutta l’isola. La casa di Carlos è in una posizione ottimale, nell’area pedonale a pochi metri da dove si può arrivare con la macchina, in una via silenziosa ma a pochi metri dal passeggio sul lungomare. La casa ha tutti i confort, la comunicazione con la proprietà e l’accoglienza sono state delle migliori. Ottimo per supermercati, negozi, caffè, ristoranti tipici e tutto. È al secondo piano senza ascensore. In generale intorno all’area pedonale di Puerto de la Cruz non è facile parcheggiare, ci vuole pazienza, ma si può scegliere di pagare nel vicino centro commerciale. Ottima esperienza, consiglio.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, aber dennoch sehr zentral direkt im Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt ein bisschen die Straße runter, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was wir so benötigt haben. Die Wohnung ist nicht riesig, aber nett eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Danke nochmal an Erica für die nette Abholung vom Bustransferpunkt!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable malgré le temps changeant. Erica à été de très bon conseil, aussi bien pour les visites à faire que pour les conseils pratiques. Si vous louez une voiture, vous pouvez vous garer pour 30 euros la semaine au parking du centre commercial Martianez en demandant au 'caissier' du parking un forfait. L'appartement est situé à proximité de très bon restaurants, sympathiques et accueillants. L'appartement est de tout confort, manque peut être un peu de vaisselle ...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser schönen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Lage gefällt uns sehr gut, zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Wie können diese Wohnung ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen und würden sehr gerne dort wieder einen Urlaub verbringen! Auch die Betreuung durch Frau von Nood war sehr herzlich und angenehm!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und weist eine ruhige, zentrale Lage auf. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Ein Nachteil ist allerdings die fehlende Sonnenlage im Winter. Die Wohnung ist nach Norden ausgerichtet. Dadurch ist sie in den Wintermonaten manchmal etwas kühl.

Super Wohnung mitten im Centrum aber ruhig. Kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und wenn ein kleiner Staubsauger da wäre würde man öfterters diese sauberer halten. Etwas wenig Geschirr wenn 4 Personen da sind. Die Betreuung von Erica ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank. Bis zum nächsten Aufenthalt.
