About this property

A centric but noiseless attic in the centre of Puerto with good internet

  • This is a lovely attic, on the second floor of a small building of three flats. All of the flats belong to the same owner and are placed for holiday rental. It's a modern house, with two separate bedrooms. Perfect for a family of four or two couples. It has two nice private terraces and is very well decorated and kept.

    The place is also perfect for distance working. A good discount is applied as soon as the booking is for 28 nights or over.

    The San Telmo beach is at a very short walk of about 50m from the property and the Lago Martianez Pools . You can also enjoy the Martianez beach with its Surf school. All of these are nearby, at a short walking distance, as also the supermarkets, nice restaurants, pharmacies, etc.

    The house is very centric in a quiet part of town. The good construction, with double glazed windows help to keep possible noise out. The floor is wood boarding and everything works on electricity.

    It's in a flat part of town on a pedestrian street, so no traffic noise. No pubs or discotecs too close. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the island.
