Pierre’s house is new and full of every amenity you could need! The house and all the beautiful glass doors were spotless. We stayed with a family of 5 and throughly enjoyed the two large bathrooms and three large rooms. Each room having built in storage shelving was incredibly convenient. The master King bedroom with patio doors to the pool was amazing. The kitchen has tons of cupboards for storage and all the appliances needed. The neighbourhood is quiet, and private. The pool side faces a ravine and we heard howler monkeys, and saw many birds everyday. Very Short drive to Playa Carrillo which we loved for the gentle waters. We could float and bob with our children all day. Tons of parking and locals selling food. We loved Playa Samara for learning to surf as it has a little more wave. We loved the massive laundry line. Pierre was extremely polite and attentive, we felt very well taken care of. The beds were a little firm for our family, but that is personal preference and the are definitely BRAND new and sure to be broken in shortly. A TV in the living room would be handy for down time on the super comfy couch! We will absolutely refer friends and fellow travellers here and strongly recommend to all!
