Host was excellent and the hotel is a little quirky and retro bet excellent

The hotel is nice and modern, the room was clean and with comfortable pillows. The staff were very friendly and even let us check in early. We loved the view of the harbour from our room and the sunny balcony.

The rooms were fantastic, great location walking distance to town and close to the north western beaches. Lots of local restaurants around, which were delicious. Daniel was so helpful and always a friendly face when we walked into the accomodation. Water refill was a massive bonus and the air conditioning worked fantastically!

Monica was an amazing host and helped in every way to make our stay enjoyable. Aircon, free drinking water and T&C, fridge and facilities to prepare breakfasts and did our laundry. Comfortable bed. 10 mins walk from the airport, and close to the main shops and seal nursery. The service far outweighed the slightly dated decor. Good value, and would stay again.

A lovely property with a beautiful and cool patio to overlook the water during breakfast. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Stay here when in San Cristabol, we loved everything about the Katarma Hotel, such a beautiful hotel

We weren't expecting a lot for some reason it only has a two star rating, however we consider it to be a lot better than that. Perfectly fine for a stay in the Galapagos.

Cute hostel with really nice staff. The outdoor area is great to relax in the hammoks after a long day exploring. The owner was kind and gave us recommendations on what to do. The rooms were spacious with decent on-suites. The breakfast was really good and free water was a bonus! Good location only 5-10min walk to the main shop area. Would stay here again

The property was near to restaurants and up one end of town. Unfortunately the door to the balcony did not lock, the TV did not work and the wifi kept cutting out. The manager was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable.
