"Relatively new hotel by a family who is passionate about hospitality. Huge rooms, elegantly appointed, and the best bed I’ve ever slept in. Unusual for a rather downscale town, but still felt authentic to the surroundings. Beautiful public spaces on all floors with scenic views. And a genuinely warm staff. "

"Overall a great place to stay. The place was very spacious and clean, with the exception of a large dead cockroach in the bedroom corner, likely due to pest control. The shower also didn't drain well but it is likely that the owner would have taken care of it if we had told him (we were doing long daily excursions and in that we forgot to tell him about it), as he was very responsive.
