The room was very small. I didn’t like the wash basin was separate from shower and toilet. Room was opp Palace but couldn’t see a thing and very noisy road. TV didn’t cater for English and was boring as travelling on my own for a week on one hotel with no TV or news. Cleaner did not clean properly and never refilled toilet paper. Had to ring reception to get toilet paper.

Really good hotel with excellent staff. Cristian and Laurano on the desk were so friendly and helpful with restaurant bookings and recommendations for site seeing.

Fantastic hotel, but the air conditioning had limited control, meaning we had to go to reception at 3am to get it switched back on as the room was very hot. Restaurant is superb quality, not cheap but worth treating yourself, the tiramasu is an experience.
