"En general las instalaciones son agradables con olor a madera que genera un ambiente cálido. La calefacción central excelente, el servicio de restaurante es bueno considerando para los desayunos ampliar la variedad. El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa. Respecto al personal todos muy atentos "

"This was one of my favorite hotels with a beautiful view of the lake! You’re literally walking distance to everything so don’t really need a car once you’re staying here. Staff was very help and breakfast was amazing! Casino across the street was fun with Karaoke. Highly recommend if you are in the area "

"We stayed in a family room at Ni-Newen with 4 adults, a child, and a baby, and had a lovely experience. The place was nice, quiet, and perfect for a few days to disconnect and unwind. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the surrounding atmosphere was truly relaxing. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. We would definitely return!"

"Boa para casal. Café da manhã generoso e variado entregue todos os dias no aposento. Aquecimento a lenha controlado pelos hospedes. A crítica fica só pelo sinal de internet pois não está disponível no aposento e só pega próximo a recepção."

"Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above "
