"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa.
