"The staff was professional and friendly, and even consulted me with excursions. The breakfast was relatively generous. The place is really close to the main street so there are a lot of restaurants, bars and places to go out nearby."

"Hotel is nice, kitchen has minimal equipment but we were able to cook dinner. Breakfast & staff were great. The town itself is very busy and noisy though. So, at night, you could hear the noises outside. Luckily there was free parking in the back."

"Incredible location on a slope overlooking the lake. The on site manager is warm and attentive. It is secluded from Pucón without being far away. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside is the short unpaved road to the property. We managed fine with an SUV two wheeled drive. 4WD might be helpful but not necessary. "

"Two things made this place a solid choice for us. First, the location is amazing - a few blocks from the lake, and very close to the downtown restaurants, etc. Second, Nahir (who worked there and greeted us) was incredibly kind and helpful - she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to assist in every way she could.
The place itself is quite rustic - we were there in late fall and it was a bit hard to stay warm in the cabin. At night it was okay, but in the afternoons we were...

"Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above "

"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). The hotel property itself is lovely, and I highly recommend enjoying a...

"We loved it! The cabin was the perfect mix of cozy and rustic, while being very clean and up-to-date. We loved getting the breakfast and having a view of the volcano. Christian was incredibly helpful to us in figuring out our plans. We were sad to leave and definitely recommend."

"An awesome location. Stayed a little before the season so it was quiet. Excellent location, the domo was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. "
"The breakfast was perfect! The owners themselves preparred our eggs! They make their own preserves (jam) and they are delicious!
The room was very clean and modern. We will be back! "
