"Place was immaculately clean, well equipped with toilet roll and basic kitchen supplies. Hosts relatives live near the house so when it rained they removed the wet doormat and looked after the place. Beautiful location, roads took a bit of getting used to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊"

"Really lovely, clean villa in a stunning location however you need a car to drive into Podgora where parking is very difficult, especially in August, as it's very busy. We had a couple of issues with coffee machine not working, no gas for the BBQ and no parasols but this was dealt with quickly by Iva although one small parasol by the pool was not enough (5 of us huddled under it at one point). There was a lack of cups and glasses especially when 7 people are drinking water all day (possibly only...

"Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war perfekt wir waren mit 7 Jugendlichen da und es war genau für uns gemacht die Familie der das Haus gehört ist so eine gastfreundliche Familie sie haben uns regelmäßig Gemüse aus dem Garten vorbei gebracht wenn wir gegrillt haben und haben uns ein Abend sogar eingeladen zum Pizza essen bei denen also im ganzen wirklich sehr sehr gut dort gewesen!!!"

"The villa is in a small village in the hills above Podstrana, and has amazing views across to the islands and over Split. The road up from the main road takes a bit of getting used to, but once you have, it's well worth it to enjoy the peace and quiet while at the same time being pretty close to Split. Lovely welcome from Zorana who was always on hand to help provide recommendations and book restaurants, taxis, boat trips etc. Miljenko, the owner, was very prompt with his responses to queries before the holiday and provided return transfers to and from Split airport which was incredibly generous and much appreciated. "This house was very clean, well cared for and worked perfectly for a group with children. We enjoyed the pool and outside area. Our group enjoys cooking and we were able to make meals for 9 people and used the bbq several times. Ivan was friendly and helpful. He provided recommendations for cafes, restaurants and beaches that didn’t disappoint. He visited the house a few times over our 7 days and checked in with us via text. He’s a great host! Though the listing states the pool is salted, it barely is at all it’s very refreshing. The only thing is there are lots of steps without balustrades which could be an issue with older and very young guests.
