"This hotel is a fantastic indulgence for a couple. The room was spotless the staff excellent and the breakfast that was included each day was great. We rented a car from the hotel which was super easy and spend a day driving around the island. Also lounged by the infinity pools. We had dinner each night in the hotel dining room and really got a feel for the menu. Excellent nouvelle Greek food. A very relaxing vibe "

I recommend that you talk to her about renting a car, you def need a vehicle to get around the island and she’ll get you a good deal.
The hotel doesn’t have any bar or restaurant, but there is food and drink available at the main hotel, which isn’t much bigger than the suites section. Get some snacks and refreshments in one of the many towns.
