"Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Although the reception area looks lovely, the room is extremely basic. The floor was not properly cleaned and had bits of dirt over it. Cleaning staff came every day but did not clean our towels once. Tap water is not drinkable and bottled water is not included in the all inclusive package. One large bottle is included on entry, but was never replaced. Bar staff are lovely however the beer was weak (watered down maybe), and the wine/cocktails were very cheap. Food...
