Restored Country House with WIFI and Fireplaces

Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 1.60m), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m), WC, bathroom. Cot and highchair available. Oil and electric central heating included. Weekend stays on request. Firewood available (free of charge). Wi-Fi. Located in a peaceful, rural setting, this fully restored, detached house (brick, tufa stone) is close to a mixed farm (beef cattle). Numerous footpaths are near the cottage; feel free to take a stroll near the farm's pond. A restored gypsy caravan is available for children from April to September. You can take advantage of your location to visit the Jardin du Plessis de Sasnières, or stroll through the village of Lavardin, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France" and designated a "Small Town of Character," or the village of Trôo where you can see the troglodyte dwellings!

The price does not include: CHARGING YOUR ELECTRIC VEHICLE IS NOT PERMITTED AT THIS ACCOMMODATION.
