"Mes enfants et moi avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre Chambre d’hôte. Un calme parfait dans l’hôtel, au bord de la piscine et dans la rue. "Friendly host, and the most friendly town. Views are spectacular… The bed was comfy and rooms were spacious. The host were lovely cooks. Would stay at Maison Prades B&B over any hotel…"

"I had a very good stay here. My room was very comfortable and clean with good air-con. The hotel has a nice garden with a small swimming pool, perfect on a hot afternoon. I had 2 dinners - both excellent and good value. I did however think the breakfast was rather disappointing, would have been nice to have more choice and fresh jams etc, rather than plastic pots."

"Everything completely exceeded expectations - the house, location, amenities and Martin's responsiveness and generosity. Martin very kindly allowed us to arrive early and to leave mid afternoon, excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble. There were 16 of us - 6 parents, 4 grown up offspring and their partners plus two children aged 7 and 11. Everyone had an absolutely fantastic time. Something for everyone.Thoughtfully restored ex hotel with comfortable spaces to gather and quiet areas to retreat to. Kitchen was really well equipped for large groups with 2 x 5 ring gas cookers, 2 big ovens, big pans, bowls, as well as industrial sinks. Masses of space to eat inside and out. Expected to eat out more but ease of cooking meant we ate at home mostly.Weather was hot so we made the most of the huge 9mx5m pool and barely had time for the pool table or table tennis but good to have the choice. It was 3 mins walk to the square with boulangeries, gelato, music and dancing in the evening. Interesting strolls around this historic village/small town and more strenuous walks up from the house into the surrounding hills/mountains for stunning views and river swimming. It was really liberating having so much on the doorstep without having to drive and only a short drive to ancient towns, forts, monasteries and abbeys, plus 'le trein jaune'. Perfect! Absolutely loved it. Planning our return. Thanks so much Martin."

"Maison très agréable fonctionnelle (2 terrasses), il ne manque rien, cadre magnifique, si vous recherchez la quiétude vous êtes au bon endroit. Piscine au top. Idéale pour une grande famille (nous étions 11), petits villages aux alentours magnifiques. Très bon accueil par la famille D'Huyvetter-Jacob qui sont pleins d'empathies et à dispositions. Une bouteille de vin et un jus fruit en guise de bienvenue très apprécié."

"Belle villa avec clim réglable dans chaque pièce. Vue superbe.Par contre, piscine non entretenue avec des traces d'algues vertes.J'ai pris l'option "piscine chauffée" mais à l'arrivée l'eau était fraîche (pas de thermomètre pour vérifier la température ". En résumé, mieux vaut ne pas prendre cette option.Merci à Jean Marc pour son accueil et son écoute."
