Holiday house with large garden and wonderful view

In our holiday home Schalz you live very nice and quiet with a wonderful view. The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished, so that you can feel at home with us.

The house is located at the entrance to Weinsfeld, near Prüm.

Weinsfeld offers ideal conditions for hikes through forest and nature or bicycle tours on former railway lines.

The house stands on a large plot with a terrace and has a living room, a large dining room with a very nice view, a fully equipped kitchen with storage room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Super complete bungalow

We had a great stay with a beautifull view! In a verry complete bungalow. There were deers, a fox and many animals in the view outsite.. Thanks for the stay!!!

Alles bestens sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft, wir waren zum 3. Mal in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr schön und das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt und uns sehr gut erholt.

Een fantastisch huis

Een ruim, schoon en comfortabel huis met een geweldig uitzicht. Je kunt aan alles merken dat de eigenaren goed hebben nagedacht hoe zij het hun gasten zo plezierig kunnen maken. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De woning beschikt over 2 badkamers en 2 slaapkamers. volwandelmogelijkheden.

Viel Ruhe und schöne Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Nähe von Prüm sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist gut für Wanderungen und Ausflüge geeignet. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr komvortabel eingerichtet.

Heerlijke vakantie in een heerlijk huis

Huisje was vanwege de ligging en het uitzicht alleen al erg mooi. Verder was het mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles netjes en schoon, helemaal top. We hebbben er twee weken volop van mogen genieten.

Erholsamer Eifel-Herbst-Urlaub

Unsere Oktober-Eifel-Urlaubstage fielen dieses Jahr erstmals „ins Wasser“, aber sie waren dennoch schön, entspannt und unbeschwert und uns zu keiner Stunde vermiest durch den anhaltenden stürmischen Wind und Regen! Dank der wohligen und gemütlichen Athmosphäre des wunderschönen und gepflegten Ferienhauses war unser Herbsturlaub auch diesmal wieder sehr freudvoll und entspannt! Schöner geht´s nicht!

Wir haben das sehr gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Haus sehr genossen. Es ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren auch mit moderaten Steigungen auf asphaltierten Bahntrassen. Das Highlight ist aber die Aussicht über das Tal der Prüm vom Freisitz im Garten und vom Esszimmer.

Het was prachtig. Super schoon en alles aanwezig, behalve magnetron. Prachtig ingericht en heel fijn om te verblijven, fijne tuin met zithoek. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Traumhaft schön. Wir hatten einen supernetten Empfang. Die Eheleute Schlatz sind super nett. Das Haus ist sehr, sehr sauber. Es ist liebevoll dekoriert und man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und das Bad ist ein Traum. Hinten hinaus ist die Terrasse unter dem Pavillon sehr schön aber wenn es uns zu heiß wurde sind wir auch sehr gerne in den unteren Teil des Gartens da wo die Einfahrt ist gegangen. Dort steht eine riesigen Eiche die wunderbar Schatten gespendet hat. Has Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten unsere Rädern mitgebracht und fanden den Ausgangspunkt von Haus aus perfekt. Tatsächlich hat es uns so gut gefallen, dass wir tatsächlich erwägen in ein paar Jahren uns in der Gegend auch ein Haus zu suchen. Ich denke das sagt schon alles. FAZIT Hier gibt es nichts. Und zwar überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Wollen sie einen schönen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Dann sind Sie hier absolut richtig.

Mooi vakantiehuis met een schitterend uitzicht

Ons verblijf in dit volledig ingericht vakantiehuis was voortreffelijk. Het huis is ontzettend schoon en mooi. Het uitzicht vanuit de serre over het prachtige landschap is echt geweldig. Bij aankomst stond er een fles wijn en een goed gevulde fruitmand voor ons klaar om ons welkom te heten. In de omgeving is genoeg te beleven. Trier, Monreal, Vianden in Luxemburg is allemaal goed te doen. Dichterbij kan ook heerlijk gewandeld worden. Wandelkaarten zijn ook aanwezig.

prettige ontvangst, erg schoon en mooi ingericht huis, ruim ook,prachtige tuin met prachtig uitzicht

prettig verblijf gehad, fijn in de tuin onder overkapping kunnen zitten, ligstoelen met kussens ook aanwezig en een grote tafel onder de overkapping zodat we ook buiten konden eten. kunnen geen minpuntjes benoemen.

Heerlijke locatie, geweldig huis

Twee weken op een prachtige locatie in een heerlijk sfeervol ingericht huis waar alles aanwezig is. We waren met ons gezin, wijzelf en twee volwassen zonen. We hebben lekker kunnen hardlopen , kunnen genieten van de omgeving en de leuke stad Prum. En elke dag een motor rit gemaakt in de omgeving.

Geweldig

Voor rustzoekers perfect in een gebied met prachtige fietspaden op oude spoorlijnen. Alle andere wegen zijn levensgevaarlijk om te fietsen want er zijn daar geen fietspaden en in Duitsland mag je op de provinciale weg een absurde 100 km/uur rijden wat ze ook echt doen en dat maakt het voor fietsers echt gevaarlijk. Het huis echter is perfect voor oudere stellen die rust zoeken. Alles is perfect schoon en voor ons heel belangrijk dat het verboden is voor huisdieren vanwege de stank en haren overal. Ook de communicatie met de eigenaren is prima. Aanrader dus.

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor een wandel- en rustvakantie

Vrijstaand vakantiehuis is meer dan compleet ingericht en goed onderhouden. Grote tuin met zithoek en ligstoelen aanwezig. Schitterend uitzicht, zowel vanuit huis als vanaf de tuin. Rustige omgeving, Prum ligt op 4,5 km en daar zijn prima restaurants. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Onze vakantie was top.

Wunderbare Urlaubstage im Prümtal

Nach dem erneut sehr freundlichen Empfang der Vermieter zur Schlüsselübergabe genossen wir 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in Weinsfeld. Das sehr saubere und sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht bzw. brauchen könnte. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt in der modernen und bequemen Ausstattung des Ferienhauses in schönster Lage, mit einer wunderbaren und weiten Aussicht. Brigitte und Mark Maier
