Special location

A very special location right at the base of the castle walls, and easy to travel out from by car to see the region. Gracious hosts who were very helpful. Very comfortable accommodation which was well equipped for self catering. Loved our stay and highly recommend.

The owners were very welcoming , thank you so much for the delicious nut cake made by Christiane. Very enjoyable, bed comfortable and parking at the door. Lots to see and do around.

We loved it!

Our stay was wonderful. Prompt communication with hosts.... we even had a lightning and thunder storm one night that knocked out our power. They responded and had us up and running again the next morning despite being out of town on vacation. The place is in a perfect location for exploring the area. Quiet and was wonderful to hear the birds singing every day. Our son loved it and thought it was so cool to be staying at the castle. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent Location and Property

From the check in to the time we had to leave, our stay was fabulous. The property owners are thorough and more than helpful. The views are stunning and the space is adequate for a family of 4. We will stay again the next trip to this area of France

Tout a déjà été dit sur ce logement par les locataires nous ayant précédé : accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, prestations de qualité notamment la literie et tout le matériel de cuisine, parking privé, accès au logement de plein pied à partir du parking, belle vue, au pied du château ( à visiter ), aucune nuisance sonore ........ incontestablement une des locations les plus agréables que nous avons pu faire depuis nombre d'années.A recommander sans hésitation

Super séjour au pied du château

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires du gîte. Gîte confortable et bien équipé, literie de très bonne qualité. Le gîte est ravissant, et réellement au pied du château ! Le soleil a manqué pour que nous puissions profiter de la terrasse, mais la vue était quand même superbe. Je recommande.

Très bon séjour. Hôtes très accueillants, avenants et attentionnés. Le logement est bien équipé et décoré, on y est très à l’aise. Le coin est très calme, sans passages, avec une vue splendide. 2 restaurants au pied du château qui méritent le détour (et c’est à 1 minute à pied). Beaucoup de coins à voir et à visiter dans un rayon de moins de 30km, de quoi remplir une semaine. Invite à revenir pour profiter de l’hospitalité des Lotois !

Un séjour trop court mais nous reviendrons

Il y a des personnes qui, même si c’est la première fois que vous les rencontrez, vous donnent le sentiment d’arriver chez des amis Christiane et Bernard sont de ces personnes qui vous accueillent chaleureusement Leur gîte au pieds du château est vraiment très sympa et on peut profiter du site tout simplement magnifique De nombreux « plus beaux villages de France » aux alentours et une région magnifique qu’on prend plaisir à visiter Nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits mais nous reviendrons on doit prendre l’apéro et je ne loupe jamais un apéro A très bientôt Laurent

Le logement correspond très bien à la description, tout l'equipement y est, les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles (pour le logement ou renseignements divers) ! Nous étions 3 (2 adultes et 1 enfant de 5 ans), cela aurait parfaitement convenu jusqu'à 4. L'emplacement est réellement au pied du château, en hauteur, avec vue sur la vallée ! Excellente localisation proche de tous les sites touristiques du coin, et ville conséquente à proximité (Bretenoux) pour supermarché et services si besoin. Pratique et non précisé dans l'annonce: possibilité de louer du linge de maison, draps, et ménage au départ en sus.

Des hôtes d'exception!

Christiane et Bernard sont vraiment très sympathiques et nous ont accueillis comme si nous étions des amis. Nous avons apprécié leur disponibilité pour nous donner toute information utile à notre trop court séjour. Leur appartement est très bien équipé . Il n'y manque rien.sauf d'un peu de clarté peut-être mais l'été, cela ne doit pas gêner. Il dispose d'une petite terrasse qui offre une vue superbe sur les villages environnants. Nous n'avons séjourné qu'un grand week-end qui nous a paru trop court tant la région est magnifique. Nous tenons à remercier encore nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leur convivialité. Nous reviendrons surement.
