"Once again the new management was rude and not courteous at all. He looked like he had just rolled out of bed, his hair was messy, his clothes were messy and his breath was horrible. He cancelled my 3 day reservation for no reason and did not articulate a reason. I stay here when I'm in Utah county because it's a few dollars cheaper than better hotels, honestly this hotel is a death trap, outlets hanging out of the walls with burn marks on them, I've actually had to switch rooms a few times because the electrical is a hazard. The maintenance at this hotel is horrible and the carpet should have been replaced decades ago. The only redeeming quality of this crap hole is the housekeeping staff and the few dollars I save on nightly rental. From now on I'll pay the extra money for a nicer hotel room where I don't have to worry about the room catching fire and where the management team actually speaks English and is professional! Do not stay in this dive!"
