I’m sorry they are nice people but the place is a mess. Dirty and unsafe. People in the restaurant have access to the rooms. No lock in the door. No heating at all. Terrible

Provins à découvrir

Hôtel bien situé au pied de la cité médiévale. Accueil très agréable par la patronne dynamique et sympathique. Chambre spartiate, toilette vieillotte, baignoire avec douche, sans rideau… difficile a rafraîchir. Très calme. Parc privé. Ville médiévale magnifique.

Extrêmement décevant.

Moquette sale. Pas de taie d'oreiller, juste un drap plat replié sur les oreillers. Pas de housse de couette. Fuite sous le lavabo. Cuvette des WC tachée. Tablette cassée. Aucune consigne à l'arrivée sur l'utilisation de la porte d'accès. Seul un ouvrier nous a guidé car en plus ils étaient en travaux. J'ai du dissuader ma femme de quitter les lieux. C'est dommage les photos sur le site étaient prometteuses.

Si la salle de restaurant est belle et la table (spécialités orientales) est très bien, la chambre très vieillotte laisse à désirer. L'accueil agréable ne compense pas les abords de l'établissement qui semblent négligés et délaissés. Dommage

Une halte sympa sur la route du vieux Provins...

J ai choisi ce logement pour sa proximite avec la vielle ville de Provins. Les plus courageux pourront meme y aller a pied. Chambre tres bien. Acceuil tres sympa. Prix attractif. C est juste ce que je voulais. Je recommande.

Attention aux sanitaires vraiment plus en état.

Chambre au confort correct, la salle de bain est très vétuste et nécessite une réfection totale, fuite et aspects général, porte serviete arraché. Petite chambre avec un lit confortable.

Services à revoir mais bonne adresse

Bonne literie, grande salle de bain. Bcp bcp d'attente au restaurant alors que très peu de monde, dommage car nourriture maison et très très bonne. On nous a oublié pour le petit déjeuner et pareil bcp d'attente. Très bien situé mais mal insonorisé, notre deuxième soir on entendait les personnes qui étaient en train de dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Aimable mais mal organisé. Ensemble mitigé.

Tres bon accueil et tres bon couchage mais la Sdb ne m'a pas semblee nettoyée (lavabo et glace), pas de débit du tout au robinet, l'eau chaude n'est jamais arrivee du coup nous n'avons oas osé prendre de douche sans compter que celui-ci etait"branlant". La TV ne fonctionnait pas, table de nuit que d'un côté, lumière que d'un côté, pas (ou cassé) de rangement ....

Très facile à trouver l'hôtel. Jolie cour avec parking. Intérieur de l'hôtel propre, personnel très accueillante et chambre bien et on as très bien dormi. C'était un week-end super.

Bonne situation géographique

Hôtel simple et proche du centre de Provins (environ 1km à pied), place de parking appréciable pour un week-end de Noël où il y a beaucoup de monde. Dîner sur place "Couscous" un bon rapport qualité prix.
