The first floor unit has natual light, beautiful pine floors and high ceilings throughout. Off the living/dining room are the bedroom, newly renovated cozy kitchen and remodeled bathroom. Large exclusive patio off the kitchen, AC throughout. Path to beach directly across the steet! No on site parking but, a lot a block away charges reasonable daily/weekly rates.

Perfect Stay!

We loved our stay in this perfect little condo! It was so cozy and the location is perfect. Everything was within walking distance. Our puppies loved walking Commercial Street everyday and night during our stay. We’re headed home and already planning our next visit. Maryann, our host responded quickly with our questions. Great quiet place on commercial street

We've stayed here the past few years and really enjoy it! It's a great location that is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of town, but just a short walk/bike ride away. We love the back deck outside and spent a lot of time out there. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect place for Ptown

We had a great time at 452 Commercial. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The location is perfectly placed on the East End, with everything one could need just seconds or minutes away. It was a fabulous base camp for 10 magical days in our happy place :)

Just a perfect one bedroom and location. The back porch is perfect! Fun for people watching, grilling and people stopping by! I also loved how easy the recycle/waste accessibility. We hope to stay again!

My PTown retirement vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PTown. The condo was just as i imagined, small but nicely appointed. We were close to the center of town but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. Having Angel Food almist directly across the street was awesome.

Comfortable, charming unit on Commercial Street

Located in one of the charming old houses on Commercial Street, this first floor unit was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. There’s a walking path to the beach right across the street, and waling distance to the center of town.

Wonderful Vacation

This will be our second year renting this condo and we are never disappointed!! Perfect location, safe, Clean and has all you need if you just want to stay in and cook dinner. Bed is comfortable, the shower itself is worth coming for the week, it’s like being in a spa. We will be back!

Another Amazing Week

Lovely

We spent 5 weeks here recently and really loved it. The location is perfect - just across from the beach, next door to PAAM, with Angel Foods & East End Market just a few steps away. The building is gorgeous - high ceilings, original floors and lovely outdoor space. Maryann is super-responsive and went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of end enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Cute Cape Cottage

Our stay was great. The house was darling and clean and everything we expected/wanted it to be. It is in a really nice section of town which was a little quieter but a few minutes walk brought you to all the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Mary Anne was right on top of things and answered my inquiries very quickly. I had one of the best showers here with the rain shower water head! Lol We’d definitely stay here again on a trip back to Cape Cod.

Easy & Cozy Getaway

Our long weekend getaway for a friend’s wedding was a full 5 stars. The space is incredibly cozy and prime location for access to the beach and all things ptown. A short walk from the ferry yet far enough from the wharf that there’s privacy. We came for a wedding that had to be rescheduled from the previous weekend due to weather and Maryann was such a gracious host and made rearranging plans so easy. Hands down the best communication I’ve had with a property manager. Fully recommend a stay here and would love to stay here again!

We miss it already!

My wife and I stayed for a week. It is an awesome location at a quiet end of commercial st. The bay window and Adirondack chairs are the perfect place to watch the crowds go by. The space is small, but efficient. The bed is a little soft for us. There was new grill and updated larger fridge that were amazing to have! We will be back to Tallship again and again.
