This cape-style condo provides guests with incredible views of the beach and Cape Cod Bay and a deck with a grill necessary to enjoy them. Enjoy utilizing the full kitchen and prepare a nice meal any time of day! Gather around the firepit to share thrilling stories and roast S'mores! This condo is also equipped with two sofabeds so that everyone has a place to sleep.

Provincetown is the home of beautiful beaches, top-rated restaurants, art galleries, and charming shops. You can also enjoy some beautiful scenery and incredible bird-watching opportunities at the Maple Grove Bird Sanctuary, just a half-mile from your front door. Entrances to the Dune Shacks Trail and the Old Colony Trail Nature Pathway are less than a half mile from the condo. Highland Links is just over six miles from the home, perfect for guests who brought golf clubs.

There are two coolers, a paddle float, beach chairs, and a bike for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great P-Town Condo

Great place for a long weekend. In a nice series of buildings close to the water. Can take the shuttle and/or Uber into town without much trouble. Check-in was super easy, same with checkout. What more do you need?

Well stocked with supplies, comfortable, good location, parking spot bikes and scooters were super useful Comfy couches and beds. nice ocean view. Lots of cute dragonfly decor. Had trouble finding the lock box for the key at first, may be useful to indicate where it is in the instructions

Relaxing and well-appointed condo!

We had a lovely stay at the Dance, enjoying the deck, the grill, the back patio, and the proximity to town. A beautiful walk along Commercial Street brought us to the center of the action, while the location of the condo is calm and tranquil. Hiking the sand dunes across Route 6 to the stunning beach and walking along the bay at low tide are two favorite activities! The condo has all the comforts and coziness that a beach getaway should include!

Great spot for P-Town

Overall a great place to stay with access to P-Town. Loved the access to the beach! Only downside was the shortage of linens. If you plan to sleep on the sofa bed, there were not any sheets or blankets provided.

This was a great place. It was close to downtown Provincetown and close to a beach for our Granddaughter to explore. It was quiet and the grounds were clean. We had a great time. The host has a great and comfort place.

Not Cleaned - No response from local manager

We arrived and the home looked nice but was not cleaned whatsoever. There were flies swarming the apartment because the trash had not been taking out and the the linens were unchanged. The bathroom was filthy and untouched. When we reached out to support, the local manager ignored us for several days so we were forced to book a hotel. Thankfully there were rooms available because it was a busy week in ptown. Very disappointed.

Great getaway biking distance from downtown!

I loved this condo with a unique style and a view of the ocean from our own deck. Would recommend brining a bike to avoid driving down town but your only 10 min away from beaches.

Perfect location, directly across from cute small beach. About 2 miles away from down town. Place is clean and great space for a few days stay. Only complaint was wifi password did not work and host did not respond to any questions leading up and during stay.
