All The staff were amazing. The location is good because it’s within walking distance to everything. We loved that. However, there was a pub/restaurant just below our window and it was very loud. Didn’t quiet until 1 am. The rooms are advertised as sound proof walls. Definitely not. We could hear the conversation in the next room. There is no heat in this hotel. Just air conditioning. We were cold and asked for extra blankets. Which we did not get. Hair dryer broke. Remote control for tv broke.

Perfect location to explore Sevilla! The hotel is in short walking distance to all major sites. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and staff are friendly and helpful. A/C was not yet on in mid March so the room was a bit warm, but opening the window solved this minor issue. I would definitely recommend staying here for a comfortable, convenient and budget-friendly stay in Sevilla.

Reception staff very professional and helpful. Water pressure in shower and toilet kinda weak. Staying 5 nights, the Room cleaning would be better since it looks like it is only about doing the bed and replace shower gel, after this, the room doesn't smell like a clean room.
