UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your holiday rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the metre will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Guest Access:

A complimentary golf cart is provided for your convenience throughout your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Beach and Shoreline Conditions

As with all Caribbean beaches, shoreline conditions may vary throughout the year. Seasonal sargassum seaweed may occasionally wash ashore, with conditions influenced by weather patterns and ocean currents.
