Perfect Winter Escape

amazing place

We absolutely loved our time at Seas the Day. Collin has a beautiful totally renovated place with all amenities. We liked the fact it was away from the tourist area and enjoyed the resort with sparkling clean pool and hot tub. Also, the beautiful private beach is right next to the pool - we will absolutely be back

A lovely stay

The condo had everything we needed - we appreciated the beach towels, chairs, kitchen items, and plentiful hooks to hang things on. The outdoor balcony was very nice. It was a great place to be away from crowds. We never encountered more than a handful of people while walking the beach in either direction. The downside to the seclusion is that it takes a good 20-25 minutes to get to other places like Grace Bay and Chalk Sound. It wasn't a problem for us, but just something to be aware of.

Peaceful paradise

Such a peaceful area on Turks!!! Thank you to Seas The Day for a quiet clean and comfortable place to rest while playing on the island. The beds were so comfortable, living room area inviting and the patio was so peaceful as we watched the sunrise while enjoying our coffee. We will be back!!!

Beautiful and quiet location

Unit was very nice, and property was nicely maintained. Has a great stretch of quiet beach to enjoy along with some water sport equipment that's available to use. Boarders a very large park, which has a trail that we were able to get in some morning runs on. Roads getting to the unit go from paved, to unpaved...but the unpaved section is really not bad and should be fine for any rental, though we got a jeep because they're just more fun anyway.

Excellent Stay

Very cozy, clean and quiet property. The complex is very well maintained with a private beach and excellent snorkeling opportunities. Many times we were the only people on the beach and able to walk the remote coast line. The condo unit was newly renovated, very comfortable and well equipped with all essentials for our stay. Enjoyed the quiet evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine. Wifi worked great too! Excellent communication with the owners who provided some great recommendations. Overall a great property for our early summer vacay! Many thanks!

Absolutely awesome!

Seas. The. Day…We sure did! Colin was a fantastic host, from start to finish. He provided every bit of information we could possibly need to make our stay perfect. The condo is beautifully appointed with extraordinary attention to detail. He provided everything you’d need for a day at the pool or the beach. The resort is unbelievably quiet and relaxing. And, to top it off, the restaurant is open, providing good food and live music our last night there. We met friendly owners and other guests who knew they found a genuine paradise here. This place is number one on our list for a future stay. Thanks, Colin for a truly memorable vacation!

Wonderful time in TCI

We had a great trip in TCI due to Collin’s great communication, thoughtful accommodations, and exceptional care to his guests. From the beginning, Collin was thorough and made sure to give us multiple recommendations and tips for traveling to TCI. It made our first time in TCI immensely better and we look forward to staying again! If you are looking for a more private location, away from the tourist traps of Grace Bay but close enough to get your fix a few times, then book here! We absolutely loved the tranquility of the location, the private beach, and calming space that Collin’s home provided. We loved being able to just sit outside and read or meditate on the expansive balcony and watch the sunset or moon rise. Just make sure you rent a car no matter what that is durable during your stay. We really liked renting from TCI car rentals who provided us with a small suv that really allowed us to safely explore the island. Overall, a wonderful experience and can’t thank Collin enough for the special touches and care he took in ensuring a great stay for us!

Beautiful inside and out!

Our positive experience began when we booked the stay. Collin began communicating and never stopped! He wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered and even checked in on us while we were there. The second we opened the door to the condo I smiled! I smiled because everything was as described. Beautifully decorated, tons of room, and everything was spotless! It is so nice when you look forward to coming back to your condo at the end of the day. Two nights while we were there my husband and kids (19 & 13) decided to stay in for dinner and relax. We made dinner and played games on the deck while looking at the beautiful view. I can’t say enough about the condo. We were also impressed with the resort and how clean and beautiful manicured the grounds were. The pool is great and big! Plenty of loungers and tables too! It is nice being in a small resort because at times we had this huge pool to ourselves! The island is so small and after a few hours of getting used to the driving on the left and steering wheel on the right, my husband was a pro! We drove everywhere! We like to spend time at different beaches and go to different restaurants so to me it doesn’t matter what side of the island you stay on. Everything is close and easy to get to. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends/family!

Great family vacation!

We had an amazing time. My teens loved this place. Very easy to get to from the airport. About 15 min drive to condo. We rented a car from Grace Bay ahead of time. Very easy! We rented a small car and had no problem with the dirt rode to the condo. We even explored the off the beaten path beaches around the condo with the small car. No issues. I will say, we will rent a Jeep next time for our explorations but no issues. Beach and the pool at the condo was awesome! Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was great for cooking meals. Beds were very comfortable. Our favorite part was the porch! We loved sitting out there in the morning and evenings. Ate every meal on the porch! Great information provided about where to grocery shop,eat ect. We preferred the IGA grocery store since they had more options. We have food allergies in our household so needed more options. We loved the restaurant recommendations. Bungaloo’s was great on the beach restaurant. We watched a staff member swim out and dive for conch and then showed us how they get the conch out of the shell. Even let us try it fresh out of the shell. We also loved Magnolias. Great view for sunset dinner. Lots of great adventures and great memories from this trip! Thanks for such an awesome place!

Mom's Getaway 2022

OUTSTANDING! Would give our stay a 10 if we could. We have stayed at many other condos and Collins was by far, one of the BEST. Great communication, location, amenities and serene (priceless). All the bases were covered. The attention to detail was AMAZING. Condo was located in a gated property, was beautifully decorated, contained quality furniture, comfy beds and was safe. The kitchen was spacious and had every item you could think of. Collin provided smooth linen, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, beach bags, floating devices, tumbler cups, ice bucket, etc... (endless list). Condo was super CLEAN and location perfect for us (no crowds, nice and quiet). The pool was clean, well attended and not far from the beach area. Beach was quiet, had plenty of chairs umbrellas for everyone and was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Free kayaking, surfing, snorkeling , etc. options were available. The more we walked on the secluded beach the more relaxed we felt. Water was warm and views stunning. Property was approximately 20 minutes from Grace Bay which was not a problem since we had car rental (a must). Some of the roads were a little rough but manageable (drive slowly). The views in the AM and PM were quite relaxing, perfect for coffee or cocktails. If you are looking for a piece of PARADISE, look no further, THIS IS IT. Thanks again Collin!! See YA next time.

Amazing vacation at Seas the Day TCI!

Seas the Day was a beautiful place for us to stay on our family vacation. Collin made planning and enjoying so easy with his prompt and thorough communication. The NWPR is a pretty isolated area so Collin made sure that we had everything we needed. From beach towels, coolers and chairs to bottle openers, tupperware and puzzles and everything in between, it was great! The beach is gorgeous and we had it pretty much to ourselves most days other than the sea turtles that took walks/swims with us. The pool and hot tub area is fabulous and the restaurant had everything we could need for some picky eaters. I really can't say enough about the hospitality. We absolutely will return to this wonderful location!

Incredible Stay at Seas the Day TCI and Chill!

We had an amazing experience staying at Seas the Day TCI and Chill! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The property is stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and fun getaway. The outdoor space was a dream, with gorgeous views, a great pool, and plenty of places to lounge and unwind.One of the highlights was the friendly and welcoming community of residents at the complex—it made the stay feel even more special. Everyone was kind and easy to chat with, and it added such a nice social vibe to our trip. We also loved the casual restaurant by the pool—it was the perfect spot to grab a bite or a drink without having to go far. Plus, there were fun games around the pool area that made for some great afternoons of relaxation and laughs.Collin Miles was an outstanding host—welcoming, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and shared great local tips that made our trip even more memorable.The location is fantastic—peaceful and private, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and everything else you’d want to explore in Turks and Caicos. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming about coming back. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury island escape with a fun and friendly atmosphere!

Great stay!

Great property that was quiet and isolated - an excellent get away for our family vacation! The unit was excellent with everything we needed. Great pool and quiet beach. We saw a family of sea turtles during our morning walk. Only downside was a longer drive to the property on some rough roads (watch out for potholes and other drivers). However, it was worth the drive for the privacy and seclusion.

Perfectly peaceful

The condo is exactly as pictured - recently renovated, spotless, and tastefully decorated. Everything you’d need (but don’t want to pack) for a beach vacation is thoughtfully provided (eg, snorkeling gear, beach bags, pool floats, etc). The condo, as described, is located about 25 min away from the Grace Bay/large hotel/shopping areas, but we found this location to be even more beautiful and untouched. The pool is very nice and the beach is absolutely peaceful. The balcony is truly a perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. We would definitely return!

Amazing Vacation to Turk and Caicos

Turks and Caicos has been on our bucket list and we decided to come to Provo. A vacation to Seas the Day at the Northwest Point Condos was a dream come true. It was my wife and I along with our two kids 5 and 8 years old. This condo was perfect for us. First let me tell you about the location. The resort is secluded. You need to rent a car to get there and to explore the island. It is about 25 minutes from the airport and is located by itself. It is hard to find a place like this is paradise that is so secluded. If you are looking for a place that is right by the hustle and bustle and party atmosphere this is not the place for you. This is for relaxing and enjoying. You are only a 15 minute drive you great restaurants and 25 minutes to beautiful Grace Bay. The 3 bedroom condo has everything you could want and more. You could tell it was newly renovated and had all of the amenities. It was nice they had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The resort was not very busy at all. There is plenty of room for all of the people staying there. Every morning my kids and I would enjoy the pool and we usually had it to ourself. There was some seaweed in the beach. You could walk to the left for 2 miles with nothing and another mile to the right and nothing. You were stoped by rocky beaches, not other resorts. So peaceful. We enjoyed the beach here but also took a drive to enjoy the other beaches on the island. The restaurant at the resort was also very nice.

Great condo- super quiet

Everything about the condo worked great. It was a large space, clean, equipped with everything you need. Owner was super responsive. Location was a slight challenge bc the dirt road was a pond at times going to town and it prevented us from going anywhere…we were not prepared for that initially. The Apple weather app is not good. We quickly realized to watch the weather channel radar which was much more reliable. I think it’s very unusual for this much rain to have come, & according to locals it usually absorbs into sand very quickly. We had a wonderful time once we stocked with food and changed up the plans but next time would probably consider a Jeep during rainy season to be able to cross the pond! The beaches were incredible! We would definitely go back.

This condo was amazing! Everything you could possibly need and beautifully decorated. Northwest Pointe is off the beaten path, but that lends to the beauty of your stay and ability to explore! - We rented a Jeep and went to every secluded beach possible. So much fun!!!.
