Sea La Vie - Beachside Studio Unit #3

Located in a secluded Beachside property, 500 ft from Long Bay Beach, and 5-minutes drive from Grace Bay Resorts and shops, this private Studio unit with it own private entry and patio, can accommodate up to 2 guests, with a queen size bed. It is located on the ground floor, roughly 15 yards from the pool. No pool view

A few minutes stroll through a beautiful sandy walk path, right next to the property, takes you straight to the beach, equipped with kayak and stand-up-paddle board. Portable beach chairs and shades are provided in a storage in the rear parking area.

There is a 4-bdr, a 2-bdr, three 1-bdr, and a Studio unit located on this gated property, that share the large common pool.

We highly recommend a rental car during your stay, from several car rental companies located at, or near the airport.

The final cost includes an added 27% fee applied to the nightly rate, consisting of 12% local hospitality tax, and a15% host fee.

Loved our stay at Sea La Vie! Easy access to a gorgeous beach, easy check-in/out process, beautiful and clean pool, and overall a lovely place to stay! Though you do likely need a car, it is not a far drive to all of the action is Grace Bay and we were very happy staying here!

Wonderful stay

Me and my sister stayed here for my birthday trip and it was a beautiful stay! Very clean and affordable. Perfect size for the two of us! Our hot water went out and the owner immediately offered to move us to another unit. The communication was wonderful and we will be back to stay again!

Perfect stay for a kite trip

Everything was perfect from location to the cleanliness of the unit. We had a great stay and the owner was nice and made check-in easy. Felt very safe here and the nearby beach was beautiful! Would definitely book again!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location and grounds are were perfect. It’s a short walk to the beach, a quick and easy drive to all the fun in Grace Bay and super peaceful and quiet at night! The pool area was lovely and we felt safe at all times. We will definitely be back!

This is our third time staying at this property, and the amenities were just as good as previous visits. Majid was very kind and responsive to our queries. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrellas nearly every day. The property was very safe and quiet. Highly recommended!

The most amazing time!

This property was beautiful and we had such a great stay for our 3 year anniversary. The beach is a 3 minute walk and was very private. We were able to use the paddle boards and kayak and end our days in the pool. Tons of linens were provided and great recommendations given. Majid was a wonderful host and so kind! This will definitely be our go to spot when we return to TCI!

Great location. Felt extremely safe being in a gated complex. I actually liked how everything was automated, so I did not have to send emails back and forth to the property owner or wait for responses. Only side notes are, the blow dryer in the room, takes forever to dry your hair, the blender did not blend anything, and the pillows were flat as a pancake!

Lovely

This property offers a quiet escape a block from the beach. The property was well maintained and loved having a grill to cook fish. The laundry room by the pool area made it easy to do laundry while hanging at the pool. Really enjoyed our stay. The only reason we gave a 4 ⭐️ was because the A/C made a noise otherwise it was great!! Must have a car!!

Nice Quiet & Private Villa

Sea la Vie is off the beaten path and perfect if you want a quiet getaway away from all the resorts and other tourists. You’ll definitely need a rental car and some groceries for coffee and breakfast before you head out for the day. It has all the amenities of an apartment and a hotel combined. The host, Majid is helpful and responds quickly. The pool was a little dirty but was attended to quickly. The beautiful, quiet villa was perfect for my fiancé and I. 10/10 Would stay again!

Sea La Vie-First Timers

The host was great, the property was clean and secluded (felt very safe), and we were still close to restaurants/Grace Bay Area. The beach was very nice and most days we were the only ones there which we loved. The path is deep sand though and a hard walk. We timed it and it took us 10 minute. We didn’t mind though because again the property and beach was awesome. We also enjoyed the pool, we had it to ourselves and relaxed there at night. Overall- 5 stars.

Stay was ok

It appears that our experience with this appartment may not have been optimal. The ambiance resembles that of a garage, and the presence of a noisy refrigerator near the bed made it difficult to rest comfortably. Additionally, the terrace in front lacks an inviting atmosphere. There are also limited storage options for a wardrobe suitable for two individuals. On a positive note, the property is well-maintained, and the staff is quite friendly.

Sea La Vie

Long Bay Beach is a little off the beaten path, but not so remote that you can't find food. The area is still under development, so it will probably be more crowded in a few years, but for now, it's fairly sparsely inhabited. Sea La Vie has a lovely pool with a table nearby where we had coffee in the morning. The beach was very close and it was fun to watch the sunrise and the kite boarders. The unit is small but since there are other places to sit outdoors, it didn't matter. Our only issue was the fridge was a bit loud at night, but otherwise we were very comfortable.
