Northwest Nirvana is our 800 sq. ft, 1 bedroom condo at Northwest Point Condominiums and is perfect for couples, small families or friends, looking for a fun and beautiful vacation away from the hustle and bustle.
Completely renovated with an open space design, new flooring throughout the apartment, modern bathroom including tiled walls & rain head shower and new furniture throughout the apartment. So new, we haven't had time to hang wall art. yet...
The condo is conveniently located steps away from the pool, hot tub and gorgeous beach. It is on the 2nd floor with gorgeous ocean views from the bedroom, living room and patio. The condo includes a spacious living room, dining area and updated kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, Nespresso VertuoLine machine, and all the dishes, utensils and basic pantry supplies needed for home cooking. The patio, accessible from the bedroom and the living room, has a beautiful view of the dazzling ocean. It is a quiet and lovely spot to enjoy meals, unwind on the 2 person egg chair and enjoy the ocean, breeze, the acres of tropical vegetation, birds & spectacular sunrises.
The condo includes 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and sleeps 2 adults. You can also sleep 1 child comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room.
We provide all linen, bath and beach towels. There are also 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and cooler to use and enjoy on your beach excursions. The condo's washer/dryer will come in handy after a day at the beach and enable you to pack less clothes than usual.
A smart TV with cable channels, and high speed internet wifi will provide entertainment when you unwind indoors. Centralized AC keeps the apartment refreshingly cool at a range of 72 - 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Guests can adjust the temperature from a smart Nest thermostat.
The resort is located adjacent to a nature reserve, with beautiful and natural white sandy beach with some turtle grass. You can walk for miles in either direction, watching birds & sea turtles, collecting sea shells and snorkeling.
The resort is usually very quiet and has a wonderful pool and hot tub. There are plenty of loungers/ chairs and umbrellas around the pool & hot tub, and loungers/chairs and palapas at the beach and as you will often be the only people on the beach and at the pool, you will be able to truly relax and enjoy this oasis.
There is a communal BBQ for guests to use anytime and kayaks are also available for use at no extra fees.
The resort is gated, with a security guard walking the grounds during the night. As an extra measure of safety, we also have a camera mounted by the front door to our apartment.
A car is highly recommended on the island and necessary if you are staying at Northwest Point Condominiums, as the resort is located 15 -20 minutes (drive) away from PLS airport, at a secluded and peaceful spot on the northern end of the island. The last 10 minutes of the drive to the resort are on a well maintained gravel road which makes needing a car essential.
We are 20 minutes from famous Grace Bay where you find world renowned beaches, delicious restaurants and shops. Grocery stores are 15 minutes away.

If there is jnterest, we can facilitate grocery shopping and kitchen stocking prior to your arrival. During your stay, our housekeeping staff is available to provide onsite assistance.
