  • Blue Top Villa is a stunning waterfront retreat located on Lake View Lane. This large and newly designed property is fully equipped and offers guests many amenities such as a kayaks, full kitchen, large pool, outdoor patio with seating.

    -Power is metered and $150 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any power overages are charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.
    -Guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check in.
    -Discounts accepted
