Welcome to the most cozy and private Villa , a brand-new modern style villa located in the gated community of Leeward. Two minutes away from the famous Grace Bay Beach, and excellent dining options.

This unique property was inspired by our island Potcake Prada, his easy-going ways have been illustrated in the unique furnishings. Enjoy your own private pool with casual seating areas in the sun or sit under the covered dining area and enjoy an island refreshment. This property is completely fenced in so that your four legged can also enjoy some time lounging by the pool.

There is a new grill to enjoy on the outside dining deck. The two master bedrooms are uniquely furnished for a cozy comfortable space, both with a en suite bathroom. Perfect areas to retreat for some down time, this Villa is perfect for 2 couples or a couple with kids.

Complete with beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler you will be all set to explore the many stunning beaches in Providenciales.

Comfort, Privacy, and Proximity to Leeward Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this well-equipped home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for two couples or families, with two identical bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room—each with its own private bathroom. Leeward Beach, just a 2-minute drive away, was our favorite on the island. The home came with all the beach essentials, making our outings super easy. Donte, who lives next door, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Family Winter Getaway

The weather was hot and sunny, the villa way COOL! We loved the beds, shower, kitchen, pool area. Our hosts were marvellous! Close to beach and walking to different family activities was not far. We would definitely return to Villa Prada for another visit to TCI! All the Villa extras made our villa time lots of fun. I would have liked a floating chair in the pool…

Absolutely delightful stay! The backyard oasis was a dream. The landscaping around the pool was simply stunning. The interior was tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, with clear attention to detail. The kitchen was a chef's dream, fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were quite comfortable. We appreciated the good selection of games and books provided. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests had everything they needed for a memorable stay. Rochelle and Donte were helpful and friendly before and during our stay.

Even Better Than Expected

My friend and I stayed at Villa Prada for a week, and it was nothing short of amazing! It’s even better than the pictures, especially outside where they’ve added beautiful landscaping that makes you feel like you’re in your own private paradise. Rochelle and Donte were wonderful and were always quick to respond if we had any questions. You honestly can’t go wrong staying here. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! See you next time!!!

Property manager were very attentive and gave us some ideas about 1st time to TCI. House is in great location, not really walkable to beaches, but Leward was our favorite and it is in the neighborhood.three of us plenty of room and the outdoor space was fabulous. Kitchen well stocked it has everything. Only slight issues, AC unit in one of the bedrooms giraffes was a Little nosy, couch in LV room was not so comfy. We would defiantly stay again.

Beautiful and safe

Our stay at Prada Villa was amazing! The villa is beautifully decorated with all amenities needed, beds are comfortable and the outdoor area is wonderful. The location is perfect, quiet and felt safe. Rochelle and Jo went above and beyond helping me plan an anniversary surprise for my wife! We look forward to visiting and staying here again next year!

We just got back from a month at Villa Prada and can not express how great it was. Donte and Rochelle are the greatest hosts. Jo the property manager was fabulous as well. The villa had everything we need right down to the corn hole game :) thanks again Rochelle! Can not wait to come back again!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This cozy villa was exactly as described in the listing. Donte was easy to communicate with and met us at the house to go over all of the details of our stay. The house is perfect for a family of four or two couples. We had just enough space and having everything on one floor was great. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities needed for a beach stay. Loved having such a beautiful outdoor space and pool. Rent a car if you're staying here to get around but Sunset Beach is also within walking distance. We had a lovely stay, would love to return and highly recommend Villa Prada.

Tranquil Couples Trip

Both couples really enjoyed our 7 nights stay at Villa Prada! Beautiful modern property, extremely clean, and comfortable. Wow- more amazing than we imagined!

We, my 17 year old son & his friend, had an incredible time. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great, short drive to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Safe. Beds & pillows were super comfy. So many amenities! Lots of well working air conditioners too. Rochelle & Dante are lovely and the check in process was super easy. Can’t wait to come back!
