Across the estate, four king suites feature private ensuite bathrooms—three with direct ocean views—while two additional queen bedrooms in the Main Villa share a bathroom.

The entire estate and every amenity—including the Nordic spa, fitness center, oceanfront pool, 12-person hot tub, and curated water experiences—are reserved exclusively for your group, combining the amenities of a world-class resort with the comfort and seclusion of a private estate.

For larger groups, Alta Bella is also available in its full 8 bedroom configuration, accommodating up to 16 adults and 22 total guests including children. This configuration also includes the Retreat and Outlook Casitas. Regardless of configuration, the property is always reserved exclusively for your group. There are never any shared spaces or other guests on site, and any casitas not included in your selected configuration remain closed and unoccupied.
